Akima Intra-Data (AID) is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead programs in El Centro, California. The role focuses on delivering assigned programs, coordinating planning, scope, design, execution, and delivery while ensuring NAVFAC and DoD compliance.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and performance, supervise multi-disciplinary teams, and drive training and process improvements. On-site duties with DoD standards experience are required.

Formación

• Background check required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a workforce on contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity.

Responsabilidades

• Manage programs to ensure implementation meets objectives.
• Deliver assigned program(s).
• Plan, scope, design, execute, and deliver projects.
• Track progress against milestones, budget, and performance indicators; report to senior management.
• Oversee external consultants and vendors; enforce NAVFAC-related standards.
• Lead and direct staff; make personnel decisions.
• Ensure compliance with NAVFAC standards, DoD regulations and contract requirements.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and performance for fixed-price and cost-reimbursable work.
• Supervise multi-disciplinary teams including SCA and CBA employees.
• Develop and implement training; take corrective actions when needed.
