DuCon in the Greater Tampa Bay Area seeks a Senior Project Manager – MultiFamily – Commercial Construction to lead multifamily and commercial projects from pre-construction through closeout. This full-time, on-site role requires coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

You will drive risk management, manage scope and costs, review drawings, and supervise project teams while reporting progress to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Lead large-scale multifamily and public projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Strong ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget across complex sites.
• Proven leadership in assembling and mentoring project teams.
• Experience with bids, contracts, and subcontractor relationships.

• Plan, schedule, and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Lead project meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and subs.
• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor progress, costs, and field issues; implement solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Excel, Bluebeam, ProCore for scheduling.
• Ensure safety and building code compliance.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
