Job summary

DuCon, a full-service commercial construction firm in Tampa, seeks a Director of Preconstruction & Procurement to lead estimating, GMP development, subcontractor procurement, and pursuit responses from opportunity through turnover.

You will personally execute a substantial portion of work, including RFQ/RFP management, bid leveling, and procurement coordination, while guiding the department to deliver competitive, complete, and timely proposals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible commercial construction experience with preconstruction, estimating, procurement, and proposal development.
• Experience leading complex preconstruction efforts and developing GMPs for commercial or similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of Florida markets, permitting, and Tampa Bay relationships.
