Job summary

Sunset Search LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for a flagship SaaS platform used by Fortune 500 enterprises. You will own the product roadmap, partnering with engineering, design, and GTM teams to deliver scalable, secure, and adoption-focused features.

You'll balance long-term vision with near-term delivery, engaging directly with CIO/VP-level customers while maintaining a hybrid work model and opportunities for career growth within a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SaaS product management (enterprise software required).
• Strong understanding of B2B product lifecycles and cloud delivery models.
• Ability to engage directly with enterprise clients at the CIO/VP level.
• Background in agile methodologies; product certifications a plus.
• MBA preferred or Bachelor's in CS/Business.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, release planning, and post-launch iteration
• Develop business cases for new features, with ROI analysis and adoption forecasting
• Collaborate closely with engineering and UX to translate concepts into usable solutions
• Engage directly with enterprise customers to gather feedback and shape roadmap priorities
• Partner with sales and marketing to enable field teams with product positioning and training
• Track KPIs including retention, NPS, and feature adoption to inform decisions

About the Role
