Job summary

FabLogix, on-site in Duncan, SC, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead modular assembly and industrial pipe fabrication projects from kickoff through final delivery. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and general contractors, ensuring on-time, on-budget results for mission-critical facilities.

The ideal candidate has deep technical knowledge of prefabricated mechanical systems, strong schedule-driven production experience, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in industrial pipe fabrication, modular construction, or mechanical construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, welding processes, modular assembly, and prefabrication methods.
• Proficiency with PM software and ERP-based production tracking.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, isometrics, P&IDs, and fabrication specs.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in industrial fabrication environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for modular skids, prefabricated pipe spools, and structural steel scopes for data center and life sciences clients.
• Coordinate with owner-provided performance specs to detailed designs using DFMA.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage multi-discipline buy-out to ensure critical path for fabrication of modular skids.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and QA/QC to optimize fabrication workflows.
• Identify schedule risks, change order impacts, and resource constraints; develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage RFI/submittal logs, drawing revision control, and material tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide data-driven updates to leadership and clients.
