FabLogix in Duncan, SC is seeking an experienced Pipe Fabrication Shop Superintendent to lead daily pipe fabrication operations, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and mentor supervisors and shop personnel.

You will translate plans from Production and Project Managers into actionable work, monitor labor and equipment, and coordinate with engineering and procurement to optimize production flow.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in pipe fabrication, welding, or industrial environments.
• Minimum 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in fabrication or manufacturing.
• Experience managing production schedules, manpower, safety, quality, and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily pipe fabrication operations and oversee shop personnel.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and schedule objectives are met.
• Coordinate with Production/Project Managers to implement plans.
