Job summary

FabLogix in Duncan, SC is seeking an experienced Pipe Fabrication Shop Superintendent to lead and oversee daily pipe fabrication operations. The role provides leadership and direction to supervisors and production personnel while maintaining clear communication across management and shop staff.

The Superintendent ensures safety, quality, productivity, and schedule objectives are met, supervises and coaches the team, and coordinates with engineering, quality, procurement, and project management

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in pipe fabrication, welding, or industrial settings.
• Minimum 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in fabrication or manufacturing.
• Experience with production schedules, manpower, safety, quality, and operational planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily pipe fabrication operations and direct supervisors and production personnel.
• Maintain clear communication between management and shop employees and ensure alignment with production plans.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and schedule objectives are achieved daily.
• Monitor labor, equipment, and resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, procurement, and project management teams to achieve production goals.
• Report production status and performance to upper management and drive continuous improvement.
