Job summary

FabLogix in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead modular assembly and pipe fabrication projects. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinate design-to-fabrication workstreams, and manage multi-disciplinary teams across data centers and life sciences facilities.

You will shepherd project schedules, budgets, and QA/QC activities, balancing safety, quality, and client expectations. This role offers hybrid work and advancement within a growing, mission-critical market.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in industrial pipe fabrication, modular construction, or mechanical project management.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with overlapping schedules and competing priorities.
• Strong working knowledge of piping systems, welding processes, modular assembly, and prefabrication methods.
• Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent) and ERP-based production tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for modular skid assemblies, prefabricated pipe spools, and structural steel scopes for data center and life sciences clients.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, and QA/QC to sequence and optimize fabrication workflows.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage flexing resources, buy-out, and critical path for fabrication of modular skids.
• Lead regular status meetings and provide data-driven updates to clients and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout fabrication.
