Job summary

Kelso Industries in Duncan, SC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead modular assembly and pipe fabrication projects from kickoff to delivery. You will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and general contractors, and drive DFMA and schedule-driven workflows in mission-critical markets.

The role requires 7+ years in industrial construction, strong technical knowledge of prefabrication, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial pipe fabrication, modular construction, or mechanical project management.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with overlapping schedules.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, welding, modular assembly, and prefabrication methods.
• Experience with Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for modular skid assemblies, prefabricated pipe spools, and structural steel scopes serving data center and life sciences clients.
• Manage consultants from owner-provided performance criteria to detailed design with a DFMA approach.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and QA/QC to optimize fabrication workflows and align with field milestones.
• Identify schedule risks and change impacts; drive mitigation, RFI/submittal logs, and document control throughout the project.
