Reddit is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Ads ML Platform to own the infrastructure and tooling enabling ads marketplace intelligence. You will define the vision and roadmap for a platform that accelerates engineering velocity and supports modern ML architectures.

You will bridge ML systems and business outcomes, integrating Generative AI to boost developer productivity, establishing unified model-serving, and optimizing GPU utilization to ship high-performance ad products.

Qualifications

• Deeply analytical and highly technical; understands ML lifecycle (training, inference, deployment, monitoring).
• Experience with internal technical products, developer tools, data/ML platforms, or ads/content ranking.

Responsibilities

• Define the Vision: Shape long-term strategy and roadmap for the Ads ML platform with cutting-edge technologies (Generative AI, LLM workflows).
• Accelerate Velocity: Build tooling to reduce friction for ML Engineers and Data Scientists to train, deploy, and iterate models.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Ads Product teams to deliver scalable infrastructure.
• Drive Execution and Adoption: Own KPIs around reliability, latency, cost-efficiency, usage, and productivity.
• Stay Cutting-Edge: Track ML ecosystem and translate research into practical platform improvements.
• Distill pain points into requirements from user research with MLEs to convert into precise product needs.
