Job summary

Quartermaster AI is seeking a Senior Product Manager, ML Models to own the product strategy for our maritime domain awareness ML models. You will bridge customers, ML engineers, and leadership, translating operational problems into a clear model roadmap and ensuring deployments align with the overall hardware-software-data roadmap.

This high-ownership role requires communicating complex technical topics to executives and customers, and leading cross-functional teams from ideation through launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in product/program management or technical leadership roles.
• Experience defining ML product requirements, success metrics, and evaluation approaches.
• Experience running experiments and using data to drive product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs across markets and translate them into model roadmaps.
• Define the model portfolio, performance targets, and data/evaluation requirements.
• Collaborate with ML engineers on experiment design, evaluation, and release criteria.
• Communicate strategy and progress to executives, boards, customers, and partners.
• Own end-to-end execution from ideation to launch and ongoing monitoring.
• Establish metrics and practices to ship models faster with confidence.
