Job summary

Klaviyo in Palo Alto is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own both ML models and the platform that makes building them possible. This role blends model quality with infrastructure tooling, tying platform investments to model outcomes and customer impact.

You will lead the roadmap for core predictive models (smart send time, audience optimization, product recommendations, churn) and guide the internal infrastructure (DART/Ray, MLflow, model serving, Prefect) to accelerate production readiness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally owning ML, AI, or data platform products in production
• Working knowledge of ML systems — training pipelines, model serving, experiment tracking, feature stores, or related infrastructure
• Ability to translate technical improvements into business impact for leadership and GTM partners

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Klaviyo's core predictive and generative ML models
• Own the ML Platform roadmap: training infrastructure, experiment tracking, model serving, feature pipelines, and tooling
• Build and maintain evaluation and monitoring frameworks to measure model quality and catch regressions
• Partner with engineering leadership on build vs. buy decisions across the ML stack
• Connect platform and modeling investments to customer and business outcomes with GTM and customer success teams
• Ensure platform reliability, observability, and cost efficiency for ML workloads
• Reduce developer friction to ship new models safely and efficiently
• Shape the ML platform evolution to meet demands of agentive AI and LLM tooling
