Job summary

CBRE, a leading global real estate services firm, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead office infrastructure construction projects onsite and regionally, focusing on MEP upgrades and BMS automation in occupied smart buildings.

The role acts as Owner’s Representative across initiation to closeout, with a hybrid schedule and about 20% regional travel. You will coordinate with clients and senior leaders, coach other PMs, and drive on-time delivery within budget while upholding CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education considered.
• PE, LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
• Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client; infrastructure/MEP experience required; strong BMS knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of PM Web or similar software.
• Strong track record with senior leadership and ability to lead delivery resources; fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from initiation through closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, budgets, work plans, schedules, QC, and risk.
• Report project status to PM Director and leaders.
• Coach other Project Managers to build expertise across the function.
• Define resources, conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and recommend resources.
• Ensure schedules stay on track; resolve or escalate issues.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and drive collaboration across teams.
• Develop solutions and guide teams through implementation and completion.
• Model CBRE RISE values and lead by example in a multi-discipline setting.
