Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead office infrastructure construction projects for a financial services client, focusing on MEP upgrades and Building Management Systems automation. This role acts as Owner’s Representative across initiation to closeout with a hybrid onsite schedule and ~20% regional travel.

Qualifications

• Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client with infrastructure/MEP experience.
• Strong knowledge of BMS controls, building automation, and smart buildings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of PM Web or similar project management software.
• Ability to work with senior leadership in a strategic capacity and lead delivery resources.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred; 8–10 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects from initiation through closeout.
• Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, cost estimates, budget, and project schedule.
• Lead project reporting to the Project Management Director and other leaders.
• Coach other Project Managers to develop expertise across the function.
• Define resource requirements and conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and resolve issues; facilitate regular status meetings.
