Job summary

CBRE seeks a Senior Project Manager to provide Owner's Representative services for office infrastructure construction projects, including MEP upgrades and Building Management Systems in occupied offices. The role covers initiation through completion and requires coordinating with clients and internal teams on scope, budget, schedule, and risk.

The position offers a hybrid onsite schedule with ~20% regional travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; PE/LEED/AP/PMP/CCM preferred.
Owner's Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services client and infrastructure/MEP exposure required.
Strong knowledge of BMS controls, building automation, and smart buildings.

Responsibilities

Manage project management for multiple real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
Define scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, and schedules with clients.
Lead project teams and coach other Project Managers to build expertise.
Prepare RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources to clients.
Keep projects on schedule and resolve issues to ensure timely completion.
Facilitate regular project status meetings with stakeholders.
Collaborate on solutions and drive implementation and completion.
Contribute to new processes and standards within the PM function.
