Harmony Homes in Las Vegas seeks a senior project manager to lead a prestige, multi-product portfolio near Red Rock Canyon. You will manage ultra-luxury estates, small-scale commercial hubs, and critical infrastructure with strong autonomy and performance-driven rewards.

This role demands deep geotechnical expertise, data-driven decision making, and exceptional financial modeling to optimize budgets, cash flows, and margins across diverse product lines.

Qualifications

• 8 years of dedicated construction project management experience as a Lead PM overseeing ultra-luxury estates and infrastructure assets.
• Advanced mastery of Excel including financial modeling and data-driven tracking templates.
• Deep knowledge of geotechnical and structural aspects of hillside, grading, and MEP coordination for complex projects.
• Hands-on use of industry-standard PM platforms such as Procore or Buildertrend.

Responsibilities

• Hold ultimate P&L accountability and schedule control for multiple concurrent building paths.
• Coordinate high-elevation civil logistics and earthwork sequencing for hillside developments.
• Ensure compliance with zoning, design guidelines, and environmental constraints across projects.
• Build and maintain dynamic cost models, WIP tracking, and master-plans profitability.
• Generate executive dashboards and risk reports for ownership and investors.
