Job summary

Elevation Capital seeks a Project Manager for Luxury Residential in southern Arizona. You will oversee a high-end project including pool construction, modular guest units, and landscape development, coordinating with vendors, subs, and permitting agencies to meet timelines and budgets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in residential construction, strong scheduling discipline, and experience with modular projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential construction or land development
• Modular/PB experience preferred
• Permitting, inspections & subcontractor scheduling
• Excellent organization and accountability
• Proficiency with PM tools (Smartsheet, Google Sheets)

Responsibilities

• Manage construction of pool, modular guest units, and landscaping
• Coordinate permitting, subcontractors, material delivery, and vendor installation
• Align timelines and budgets with VP of Land Development
• Interface with modular manufacturers and site readiness
• Track field updates, delays, and cost impacts
• Ensure quality and safety standards
