Job summary

Seneca Resources in Vienna, VA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives spanning Enterprise Digital Asset Management, Claravine, taxonomy modernization, metadata governance, and Marketing Operations.

You will establish operating models, coordinate workstreams, improve asset management processes, and support readiness for major releases and migrations, partnering with Marketing, Creative, Product, Analytics, Technology, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in tech/marketing ops.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with business and tech stakeholders.
• Strong planning, execution, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with governance, RAID mgmt, risk/issue mgmt, dependencies, and exec reporting.
• Ability to document and manage processes, workflows, and operating models.
• Excellent communication with executives and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of EDAM, Claravine, taxonomy, metadata governance, and related Marketing Operations initiatives.
• Build and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and critical-path activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Marketing, Creative, Digital, Product, Analytics, Technology, and vendor teams.
• Facilitate working sessions, steering committees, decision reviews, and stakeholder workshops.
• Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, resolve issues, and drive timely decision-making.
