1898 & Co., part of Burns & McDonnell, seeks a Senior Solution Consultant for its Digital PMO practice. You will design, configure, and optimize digital PMO solutions, mentor teams, and advise clients on transforming capital project and portfolio management systems.

You will lead engagements, develop technical solutions, and guide cross-functional teams while fostering innovation and best practices in project delivery and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and relevant experience.
Strong project and portfolio management system skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead engagements focused on capital project and portfolio management technology.
Develop technical solutions, including cost estimates, approaches, and schedules.
Provide technical leadership for PMO system implementations.
Ensure QA/QC for all deliverables aligned with client needs.
Guide improvements to business processes within PMO systems.
Maintain and grow client relationships through delivery and BD support.
Provide leadership to junior staff and drive innovation in project management tech.
