Job summary

Reveille Group, a Washington-based strategic advisory firm, seeks a Senior Program and Management Analyst to support a federal procurement program. You will help structure reviews, analyze evidence, and craft decision-ready materials for senior Government officials.

Remote position with travel to DC and other locations as needed; requires 10+ years in program analysis/acquisition, strong communication and data skills, and deep knowledge of federal procurement practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management, analysis, or related federal work.
• Bachelor’s in business/public admin or related; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience supporting complex federal programs with multiple workstreams.
• Substantial acquisition background including FAR concepts and post‑award oversight.
• Experience planning assessments, program reviews, and compliance activities.
• Ability to turn evidence into concise management insights and reports.
• Maintain integrated schedules, risk logs, and corrective‑action trackers.
• Knowledge of QA methods, traceability, and documentation standards for government products.
• Strong facilitation, writing, editing, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate across Government and contractor teams.
• Proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Teams/SharePoint for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, reporting, and follow‑up for PMRs and Special Reviews.
• Develop integrated schedules, milestones, and workload forecasts across PMR portfolio.
• Translate objectives into planning packages and management controls for approval.
• Coordinate Government reviewers and stakeholder communications throughout reviews.
• Draft and edit planning documents, findings, and PMR reports for government review.
• Apply federal knowledge to identify issues for disposition by Government reviewers.
• Document risk exposure, mitigation, and governance within management tools.
• Maintain a centralized corrective‑action record with due dates and owners.
• Develop performance measures and dashboards for program health reporting.
• Support modernization of PMR workflows and data‑quality procedures.
• Provide senior‑level guidance on governance, operations, and transition planning.
