Job summary

Lochmueller Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Transportation Team. The role will initially manage a range of transportation projects and, over time, lead pursuits and mentoring of project managers to grow our capabilities in major delivery.

We value collaboration across disciplines, a track record delivering complex transportation programs, and a commitment to client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
• DBIA certification preferred, but not required.
• Extensive and progressive experience managing major transportation projects.
• Experience delivering design-build or other alternative delivery projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation projects through planning, design, and delivery phases.
• Mentor project managers and support development of staff.
• Support pursuits, delivery planning, and alternative delivery strategies.
• Collaborate across disciplines to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to communicate progress and risks.
