I-Grace, a luxury residential construction company with locations in New York and California, seeks a Senior Project Manager for Long Island City, NY. You will lead client relationships, budgets, and project execution on prestigious residential projects.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of construction experience leading large projects.
• A 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software and strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee budgets, subcontracts, change orders and cash flow.
• Maintain and update the project schedule with the team.
• Lead trade buy-out and procurement processes.
• Ensure site safety, quality, and strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Oversee project administration, documentation, and weekly meetings.
• Prepare timely project reports and data-driven updates.
• Manage close-out and handover to service team.
• Support professional growth and evaluations for team members.
