The Role We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Commissioned Private Residences (CPR) Department, based in our Long Island City, New York office. This leadership role is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and delivery of high-end residential construction projects, ensuring that every detail meets I-Grace’s uncompromising standards of quality, precision, and service.
The Project Manager oversees project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client communication from pre-construction through closeout. Acting as the primary liaison for clients, architects, and consultants, the PM plays a pivotal role in upholding I-Grace’s reputation for delivering projects of enduring quality and elegance.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills, technical building knowledge, and the ability to manage complex, multi-trade projects within a collaborative, high-performance environment.
