Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years in senior project management in low-voltage/construction.
- Experience with PMO methodologies and risk management.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of low-voltage security systems preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of highly complex low-voltage construction projects.
- Develop and manage project plans using PMO methodologies.
- Own project success, address challenges, ensure objectives.
- Monitor revenue, profitability, forecasting, and client satisfaction.
- Lead and develop a team of project managers.
- Coach field teams to align with milestones.
- Manage subcontractor relationships and contract oversight.
- Act as primary liaison with stakeholders.
- Ensure QA and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, adjust plans.
- Identify process improvements to enhance outcomes.
