Job summary

Inverse Technology Solutions seeks a seasoned Low Voltage Project Manager in Cincinnati to lead planning, coordination, and execution of low voltage installation projects from award to closeout. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong technical knowledge, and proven project management, budgeting, and vendor coordination skills.

You will oversee subcontractors, field crews, and client relationships, ensuring projects stay on schedule and on budget while maintaining high quality and safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in low voltage wiring and systems installation (Voice/Data, CCTV, Access Control, VoIP, POTS)
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, cost tracking, and financial reporting
• Proven experience coordinating and dispatching subcontractors and field crews
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of NEC, BICSI, and local codes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Organization: develop detailed schedules, scopes, and milestones for multiple projects
• Budget & Financial Management: manage budgets, costs, procurement, and invoicing
• Subcontractor & Crew Management: solicit bids, schedule crews, monitor progress
• Technical Oversight: provide guidance on low voltage systems and ensure codes and specs are met
• Client & Stakeholder Communication: serve as primary contact and provide status updates
