Morley-Moss, Inc. in Sunnyvale, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager with low voltage and structured cabling expertise. You will lead projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence while coordinating teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities include billing, material procurement, and regular updates to leadership. The role emphasizes mentoring, continuous improvement, and adherence to safety standards; OSHA 30-hour certification

Qualifications

• College degree or journeyman’s license
• BICSI RCDD
• 10+ years of copper, fiber (OSP, ISP), pathways, wireless, and telecommunication rooms design, manufacturer solutions & installation
• Proficient in architectural, electrical and mechanical drawings
• Familiar with computer-based estimating for an item by item estimating
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly experienced in contract negotiations, risk mitigation, change management, productivity tracking, Cost-To-Complete forecasting and cash flow
• Must understand billing and collections
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Experienced in mentoring and managing project managers, assistant project managers and senior level trade professionals
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• 30 Hour OSHA Certification is required within the first year
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead low voltage construction projects from planning through completion
• Develop project plans, estimates, schedules, staffing strategies, and financial forecasts
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers
• Oversee project execution, manage billings and collections, procure materials
• Monitor labor and resource needs and perform regular jobsite visits
• Mentor and develop team members and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders
