Qualifications

• 5+ years of copper/fiber and telecom room design experience.
• BICSI RCDD certification preferred.
• College degree or extensive field knowledge preferred.
• Assistant project management experience preferred.
• Extensive experience with structured cabling installations.
• Ability to read architectural, electrical, and mechanical drawings.
• Strong computer skills required.
• Familiar with item-by-item computer-based estimating.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Billing and collections knowledge.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Independent and team-oriented.
• Electrical Journeyman license preferred.
• Data center construction experience.
• Large scale projects experience.
• Manufacturer certifications.
• Accubid estimating experience.
• Understanding of VDC in large construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead low voltage construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project plans, estimates, schedules, staffing, and forecasts.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
• Oversee project execution and manage billings and collections.
• Procure materials and monitor labor and resources.
• Conduct regular jobsite visits and maintain client relationships.
• Provide updates to leadership and mentor team members.
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to policies.
• Support company initiatives and business objectives.
