Job summary

You will coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers while ensuring safety, schedule, and budget adherence. The role includes billing oversight, material procurement, and regular updates to leadership, with mentoring responsibilities for junior staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in copper, fiber (OSP, ISP), pathways, wireless, and telecom rooms design & installation.
• BICSI RCDD is preferred.
• A college degree, or extensive field knowledge is preferred.
• Assistant project management experience preferred.
• High level of experience related to structured cabling installations.
• Strong ability to read architectural, electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must understand billing and collections.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead low voltage construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and customers to achieve outcomes.
• Generate billings and lead the collections process for projects.
• Plan, schedule, and manage labor/material needs and procurement.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and mentor team members.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and teammates.
