The role includes estimating, staffing, financial forecasting, billing oversight, material procurement, and ongoing client relationships. Mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement are key parts of the position.

Qualifications

• College degree or journeyman’s license is required.
• BICSI RCDD certification is required.
• 10+ years of experience in copper, fiber (OSP/ISP), pathways, wireless, and telecom rooms design.
• Proficient with architectural, electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with item-by-item estimating is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience in billing, collections, and cash flow forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead low voltage construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop project plans, estimates, schedules, staffing and financial forecasts.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors and customers.
• Oversee billing and collections for projects.
• Procure materials and manage job site logistics.
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular project updates to leadership.
