Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Product Manager (Tech) in New York to turn complex multi-sided marketplace challenges into clear, scalable solutions. You will own 0-to-1 platform initiatives, aligning with Engineering, Data Science, Design and Legal to deliver impactful outcomes for millions of users.

You will define product strategy, drive execution, and partner with external providers while maintaining focus on quality, reliability, and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager with large-scale shipping impact.
• Ability to convert unstructured problems into clear, focused plans for multi-team projects.
• Strong technical depth coordinating large engineering efforts and partnering with engineering managers.
• Experience defining OKRs and roadmaps for complex programs.
• Leadership in experimental teams with data-driven prioritization.
• Proficient in UX/UI paradigms and driving fast iteration cycles.
• Experience presenting to executives to gather feedback and alignment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build a bold product vision and strategy for your domain and map near and long-term initiatives.
• Design and ship scalable tech solutions, including APIs and orchestration layers.
• Align cross-functional teams across Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Legal.
• Translate unstructured pain points into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Manage strategic relationships with external partners to scale deployments.
• Iterate using dashboards, experiments, and user research to improve quality.
