CodePath is hiring a Senior Product Manager, Learner Platform Experience, to own the platform used by college CS students, alumni, and working engineers. You will drive AI-enabled learning experiences end to end, including AI Tutor and AI Grader, collaborating with Curriculum and Learning teams to scale engagement.

The role is fully remote within the United States, with compensation ranging from $200,000 to $232,000 annually and a focus on outcomes, not feature velocity.

Responsibilities

• Own the core learner platform experience across segments.
• Translate learning/retention goals into a prioritized roadmap.
• Drive AI-enabled experiences end to end, incl. AI Tutor/Grader.
• Collaborate with Curriculum, Learning, and Engineering teams.
• Define experiments and metrics to prove scale improvements.
