Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Product Manager to shape AI-powered learning experiences. You will lead discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and optimization for AI-enabled features such as tutoring, personalized practice, and study recommendations.

This is a hands-on role requiring collaboration with engineering, design, data science, content, QA, and privacy teams. You will work to translate learner and business needs into actionable requirements, leverage AI responsibly, and monitor performance to

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience in digital/software/SaaS/education/platform products.
• Hands-on experience shipping products from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Experience using generative AI tools in product work (research synthesis, prototyping, analysis, requirements, experimentation).
• Understanding of LLM-based products, prompts, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support the roadmap and success metrics for AI-powered learning experiences within Pearson’s digital learning ecosystem.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve student outcomes, engagement, and personalization through research and experimentation.
• Contribute to end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled features from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Translate needs into clear product requirements and prioritized work.
