CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management in Columbus, OH to plan, monitor, and manage internal Aetna Supplemental Health projects from initiation through completion. This role coordinates with actuarial, underwriting, sales, operations, product, strategic partnerships, strategy, and technology teams to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

Required: 7+ years in PM or related fields, strong communication skills, and PowerPoint proficiency; PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a project management, strategy execution, or business operations role within the health insurance industry.
• Proven ability to develop executive-level presentations and communications with PowerPoint.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and multi-stakeholder management in a matrixed org.

Responsabilités

• Leads development of presentation materials for leadership forums and ad hoc requests.
• Coordinates inputs across actuarial, underwriting, sales, operations, and technology.
• Manages concurrent workstreams with formal project management processes and tools.
• Reports on status, risks, and prioritization to senior leadership.
• Adapts PM approaches to fit initiatives and benchmarks quality against best practices.
• Supports Head of Strategy and Chief of Staff with strategic communications.
