• Demonstrated problem solving and execution skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilités

• Leads development of presentation materials for Monthly Operating Review and Monthly Strategy Review; ensures timely, accurate, executive-ready outputs.
• Manages ad hoc requests from senior leadership; coordinates inputs across functions and delivers polished materials under tight timelines.
• Serves as cross-functional project coordinator for Supplemental Health with actuarial, underwriting, sales, operations, product, partnerships, strategy, and technology teams.
• Owns internal and external reporting processes for Supplemental Health; ensures accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery across outputs.
• Plans and monitors concurrent workstreams through initiation to completion using formal project management processes; tracks milestones and risks.
