Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven experience managing projects across multiple sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ground-up and renovation projects.
• Experience managing projects typically ranging from $5M–$50M.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
• Oversee project financials including cost tracking and forecasting.
• Coordinate with estimating and preconstruction teams during early phases.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
