Job summary

UKG is seeking a Manager of Product Management to lead a portfolio of customer experience products and drive strategy, investments, and outcomes. You will partner across UKG to turn customer problems and AI into valuable experiences with Salesforce/PSA integrations.

The role focuses on leading a team, defining portfolio direction, and delivering enterprise platform and AI-enabled solutions while collaborating with Engineering, Design, Data, and Legal to ensure outcomes.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management delivering enterprise software, CX, platforms, or workflow products.
People-management experience leading and developing product management professionals.
Experience leading complex cross-functional product initiatives and translating customer and business needs into product strategies and outcomes.
Experience delivering enterprise platform and/or AI-enabled solutions, including integrated workflows and automation.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Certinia PSA, Sierra AI, HCM, or adjacent SaaS domains.

Responsibilities

Lead a portfolio of customer experience products and drive strategy and investments.
Identify opportunities to simplify experiences across products, platforms, and workflows.
Shape product strategy across platforms like Salesforce Service Cloud and Certinia PSA.
Guide AI-powered assistants, agents, and automation with focus on value and safety.
Build a high-performing team of product managers and establish effective practices.
Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Data, Security, Legal, and Operations to move from discovery to launch.
