Job summary

UKG is seeking a Manager of Product Management to lead a portfolio of customer experience products and solutions. You will set direction, develop your team, and collaborate across UKG to turn customer problems and emerging technology into valuable, connected experiences.

The role requires extensive product management experience, with a focus on customer experience, enterprise platforms, and AI-enabled solutions, including Salesforce Service Cloud and Certinia PSA.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software, customer experience, platform, or workflow products.
• People-management experience leading and developing product management professionals.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives and translating customer and business needs into product strategies.
• Experience delivering enterprise platform and AI-enabled solutions, including integrated workflows and automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of customer experience products and solutions and define the strategy and investment priorities.
• Partner with leaders to own strategy, outcomes, and investments for the portfolio.
• Shape connected customer experiences across products, platforms, and workflows.
• Lead enterprise platform solutions across Salesforce Service Cloud and PSA integrations.
• Guide AI-enabled products including AI assistants and automation with clear quality and safety measures.
• Build and coach a high-performing product management team and optimize processes.
