Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or platforms.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and translating customer needs into strategy.
Experience delivering enterprise platforms and AI-enabled solutions with integrated workflows.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Certinia PSA, HCM, or adjacent SaaS domains.
Role requires alignment with east coast hours to collaborate with UKG teams.
