Job summary

Bosun is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager in Raleigh, NC to own projects from preconstruction through final turnover. You will serve as the main liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, guiding teams through budgets, schedules, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of commercial construction experience, preferably with a general contractor, and a track record of managing healthcare or hospital projects is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of budgets, forecasting, and costs.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout and client turnover.
• Partner with estimating and preconstruction to define scope and risks.
• Develop and negotiate subcontractor scopes and contracts.
• Procure, coordinate, and manage subcontractors and trades.
• Prepare and track pay applications and project costs.
• Maintain project schedules, critical path, and risk management.
• Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
• Ensure quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
