Aramark Nexus seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction and capital projects from concept through turnover. This role oversees scope, budget, schedule, design, procurement, and risk, guiding project teams across design, construction, and operations to successful completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary capital projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred; experience with mission-critical facilities or large-scale data center projects is a plus.
• Proficiency with project management platforms, scheduling software, and financial/dashboard reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own overall project scope, budget, schedule, and execution strategy for major, complex, multi-site projects.
• Lead project initiation and planning, including business cases, charters, feasibility evaluations, and WBS.
• Establish governance, stakeholder communication protocols, and escalation paths for significant risks and decisions.
• Direct design management activities, coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors; facilitate owner/operational reviews.
• Oversee budgets, cost forecasts, financial reporting, and corrective actions for cost exposure.
• Oversee master project schedules, critical path activities, and recovery strategies; hold teams to milestones.
• Direct procurement strategy, including scopes of work, RFPs, bid evaluations, negotiations, contractor recommendations.
• Lead construction management activities: site visits, field observations, and resolution of field issues.
• Maintain project risk register with mitigation and contingency plans; escalate significant risks to leadership.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports; lead project, design, and coordination meetings.
• Direct commissioning and operational readiness activities; coordinate with Nexus operations teams.
• Lead project closeout, including final inspections, punch-lists, and documentation.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff assigned to the project.
