Job summary

HireVenture seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will manage safety, schedule, quality, budget, and client satisfaction while coordinating stakeholders and leading project teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction management, direct experience with medium-to large-sized GC, and strong financial management skills to drive project profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Recent experience with a medium- to large-sized commercial General Contractor.
• Strong project financial management experience including budgets and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for complex commercial construction projects and/or multiple projects.
• Own project outcomes including safety, schedule, quality, and budget.
• Lead project teams and coordinate stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and closeout.
