Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven analytical and written communication skills.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and project coordination.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and data workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans with milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate with staff and external vendors throughout projects.
• Serve as the single point of contact and coordinate deliverables.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships for a high-functioning global team.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule with appropriate approvals.
• Train users on new systems and processes.
• Oversee project documentation routing, tracking, and archiving.
• Identify and document project risks and issues.
• Maintain visibility across the portfolio and manage cross-project dependencies.
• Ensure adherence to product development and stage-gate processes.
• Develop risk mitigation plans and provide coaching to Team Leaders.
• Prepare and deliver program status updates and dashboards.
