You will lead an interdisciplinary team focused on new product development in devices and software, guiding strategy from concept to market while partnering with regulatory, quality, and manufacturing groups. The role requires strong leadership, deep NPD experience, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder networks across global sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; 10 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong critical thinking with data literacy; includes AI and predictive analytics.
• Proven people management skills; 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in global environments across cultures.
• Experience in project, program, and portfolio management in complex NPD.
• Knowledge of medical device quality and regulatory systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates in product roadmap planning to meet divisional objectives.
• Leads preparation and facilitation of program decision meetings for strategic investments.
• Improves governance at the program level to reduce risks and improve delivery metrics.
• Facilitates use of global project management tools to ensure timely delivery and budget control.
• Works with contract development and manufacturing partners and builds strong relationships with them.
• Leads negotiations of legal agreements with support from the legal team.
• Fosters collaboration with internal stakeholders for successful NPD implementation.
• Interacts effectively across all levels of the global organization.
• Maintains Cook Quality System compliance and HR policies.
• Team management: mentoring and development of direct reports; conducts routine appraisals; promotes a respectful workplace.
