Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 5 years of relevant experience (Master’s/PhD may reduce experience).
• Experience in Medical Device or regulated industry preferred.
• Project/technical leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development of small projects and own portions of larger programs.
• Guide design decisions to meet customer needs and ensure design quality.
• Collaborate with SME’s, physicians, and product managers to develop innovative medical devices.
• Develop design history files and support new processes and IP generation.
• Mentor others and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
