Job summary

DocuSign, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Data Verification within the Identify team. You will define and own the long-term roadmap for an enterprise product area, guiding Engineering, UX, and Sales leadership while turning complex multi-system requirements into scalable business outcomes.

This individual contributor role reports to the Senior Manager Product Manager, Identify, with responsibilities spanning roadmap, metrics, and stakeholder alignment across teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SaaS product management experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master's degree.
• Experience managing enterprise B2B products through large-scale migrations or transitions.
• Experience with distributed systems and API management.
• Experience with UX, interaction design, and user-centricity.

Responsibilities

• Lead features from concept to launch based on strategy and OKRs.
• Drive roadmap prioritization for product scope.
• Define and analyze metrics including North Star targets and KPIs.
• Translate complex compliance and verification needs into scalable requirements.
