Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Conversion & Signers Experiences Product team. You will focus on improving success KPIs for customers, develop the roadmap and strategy, and lead cross‑functional collaboration with UX, Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, Ops and Field teams to bring innovative solutions to market.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Product Management. Hybrid work arrangement with regular in‑office presence.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience and Bachelor’s degree OR 6+ years of experience and a Master’s degree
Experience working cross‑functionally with Engineering, Design, Program Management, Data Science, User Research, and GTM roles
Experience bringing customer voice to the developer experience
Experience as a customer‑centric developer and/or building developer products such as APIs, Dev Tools, version control systems, or similar
Experience in technical product management building enterprise cloud/SaaS products/services

Responsibilities

Apply your technical expertise developing APIs and Platform Services to contribute to DocuSign leadership
Launch innovative and forward thinking products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
Work collaboratively with Engineering, Marketing, Pricing, Legal, UX, and other cross-functional teams
Own your backlog and advocate/prioritize trade-offs between technical requirements and product priorities
Lead and drive the end to end strategy and product roadmap for your area
Advise key stakeholders across all phases of the life cycle
Work with Field teams to drive adoption and increase stickiness
Demonstrate teamwork and drive multi-faceted projects to results
