Job summary

Allied Steel Buildings seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee multi‑project infrastructure programs, including large datacenter and industrial work. You will guide execution from pre-construction through commissioning with responsibility for structural steel and expansion into additional disciplines.

The role requires leadership across engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction, plus strong communication with executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive project leadership experience in data centers or large-scale industrial construction.
• Proven success managing multi-project portfolios on aggressive schedules.
• Strong expertise in structural steel design, fabrication, and erection.
• Advanced scheduling using Primavera P6, BIM, and Procore.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own senior-level execution strategies, including master schedules and budgets.
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of project managers and design managers.
• Direct full-cycle delivery for structural steel and related scopes across disciplines.
• Develop senior-level estimates, proposals, and value engineering recommendations.
• Manage executive-level client relationships and governance meetings.
• Drive program-level mitigation strategies and continuous improvement initiatives.
