Job summary

FirstCall Mechanical is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead HVAC and mechanical construction projects in Macon, GA. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with clients and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities include managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and closeout; maintaining safety, quality, and client satisfaction while guiding cross-functional teams through all project phases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in HVAC, mechanical, or construction industries.
• Experience leading multiple projects and teams.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and construction methods.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all project activities from start to finish.
• Develop detailed schedules, budgets, and work plans; monitor milestones.
• Lead kickoff, progress, and closeout meetings with clients.
• Coordinate with estimating, engineering, and procurement for timely material delivery.
• Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction on each project.
• Review submittals, RFIs, changes, and project documentation.
