We are looking for an experienced Sr. Project Manager for our fast-growing team. They will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of assigned HVAC and mechanical construction projects from inception through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
This position is reported directly to the local Branch Leader.
Ability to read andcomprehendsimple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimal numbers. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
Ability to apply commonsenseunderstanding to carry out instructionsfurnishedin written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Mental stamina for problem-solving and prioritizing multiple tasks.
While performing the duties of this job, the employeeis regularly required touse their hands. The employeefrequentlyis required tostand, walk, and sit. The employeeis continually required toclimb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
