seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead self-performing crews on heavy civil projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. You will manage water, sewer, storm drainage, and site civil work from start to finish, aligning labor, equipment, and subcontractors to meet schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, tracking progress, reviewing plans and contracts, and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of heavy civil construction experience.
• Experience managing water, sewer, storm drainage, earthwork, and site civil projects.
• Valid driver’s license and U.S. citizenship; willing to travel per diem.

Responsibilities

• Align labor, equipment, and crews for field production across civil and utility scopes.
• Develop project plan, schedule, and weekly progress updates.
• Lead subcontractor and supplier buyouts for materials and services.
• Prepare and submit change orders; manage budgets and pay applications.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through all project phases.
